Scale Up Business Solutions, is UK&US based business growth agency, with a team and talent pool of trained VAs based in Philippines, India and Sri Lanka. We not only bring solutions, but also trained, experienced and qualified offshore staff to growth seeking business owners and decision-makers around the world.
The Beginnings
The story started around 2019, when the founder Samuel Petko, was running an education business for a few years now. From a single classroom and one teacher in 2012, the company had been growing slowly year-on-year until 2019. Then the business won a large contract, which meant he needed to grow the team REALLY FAST = 5X, to provide courses to 5X more learners than they did just 2 months before.
The Epiphany
The solution was to outsource some services such as marketing, pre-qualifying, customer support and admin. In order to make the projects (courses) more profitable, he researched a lot of offshore companies before choosing one. After a successful completion of the first large project, he decided to build his own offshore team to gain more control, more profitability and support his business for the years to come.
The Transition
At the end of the funding contract, he decided to turn his passion from helping and educating individuals to supporting and advising founders and entrepreneurs.
And that is how Scale UP Business Solutions was born.
Equipped with his entrepreneurial experience, expertise in operations, accounting and finance, AAT and ACCA qualifications (he is a licensed accountant), and his offshore team, this journey started in 2023
The Growth
It’s a year 2026. The business has an established core offshore team, which has been with the company for 2 years now. We introduced 2 key models: #1 a VA agency, where our service is finding, assigning and embedding the KPG/VAs to businesses, and #2 a BPO agency where we deliver the services for clients with our core team.
The Ambition
We have big goals and so should you! In 2026 and 2027, we want to help 1000 entrepreneurs in the UK, USA and CANADA to grow their businesses. On the other hand, we want to help 1000 VAs to find great long-term full-time jobs. We will achieve it by providing an excellent service and support to both, our clients – entrepreneurs and our offshore workers.
