Where and who are your clients?
Our clients are UK, USA and Canada. Within our clientele we have solo-preneurs, as well as small&medium business (SME/SMB)
What is the length of the contract?
The usual length of the initial contract is 3 months. This allows you to benefit from a very committed KPG/VA to learn about your business, processes, culture and expected KPIs. Also such commitment from you allows us to negotiate the best terms and ROI for you. After first 3 months, the contract becomes monthly rolling-on one.
How do I communicate with you and my KPG/VA/team?
Clients mostly use whatsapp, Zoom/Team, Google Docs/Spreadsheets, CRMs or whatever means they have in place for their own team.
Can I hire a fractional or part-time KPG/VA?
The best ROI is with full-time people, fully committed to your business. However, we do offer part-time and fractional arrangements too. Please enquire.
What happens if I want to cancel/stop the work?
After first 3 months, you can give us 1 month notice period. We guarantee replacements, so if you believe, that the person is not performing even after intervention, we will provide another KPG/VA. If for some reason, we cannot deliver, we will mutually agree to cancel the Agreement with immediate effect. After all, we want you to be successful in your business and the last thing we all want is creating a stress.
